Response Teams

Campus specific Response Team arrangements

In conjunction with Temporary Waiting Spaces, Response Teams have been introduced across the University to support the safe evacuation for all persons. The Response Teams consist of a minimum of three persons and assemble at the Building’s fire panel following the activation of a fire alarm. For advice and training of response teams, please contact the Fire Safety Unit: fire@ed.ac.uk or +44 (0)131 650 8189
