Accident and Incident Reporting

Staff and students within the University are strongly encouraged to report all accidents and "near misses" which occur on University property or in the course of University work.

They are also expected to report all cases of occupationally related ill health, confirmed or suspected.

Ill Health Reporting

Cases of occupational ill health or suspected occupational ill health should be reported to the Occupational Health Service. Details on how to do this are available on the Occupational Ill Health webpage.
